Greer Court is a family housing site, consists of 141 units in townhouse building. This complex is located on Froom Crescent/14^th Avenue East 2 blocks east of Park Street. All units include fridge, stove and dryer (some units may include washer). One electrified parking stall is provided per unit.

Harbour Landing Mews

Harbour Landing Mews is a family housing site consisting of 24 units in townhouses including four accessible units. This site is located on Tutor Way and Waterer Road one block south of Delhaye Way. All units include fridge, stove, washer and dryer. One electrified parking stall is provided per unit. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

This complex is located on Mawson Ave and Arnason Street, one block north of Dalgliesh Drive. The Oxford Street site is a family housing complex, consisting of 28 units in semi-detached and single family unit buildings. This complex is located on Oxford Street and Dewdney Avenue East, close to Ring Road. All units include fridge, stove. One electrified parking stall is provided per unit.

Parkview Village

Parkview Village is a family housing site, consisting of 71 units in townhouse buildings. This complex is located on Fines Drive and Thomson Avenue, four blocks east of Fleet Street. All units include fridge, stove, washer and dryer. One electrified parking stall is provided per unit.
